It won't even let me create a T-Mobile online account to chat with a rep. The 6 digit code they send via email doesn't work EVERY time

We'll need more info and details on what your exactly trying to do to help troubleshoot? As I asked, are you trying to port your tmo number to sprint? What kind of phone do you have, do you have the correct sprint sim ready?
He ported to T-Mobile from Sprint using digital sim. Now he is trying to call Sprint from phone but this is impossible because you need a physical T-Mobile SIM card to make calls from the T-Mobile number. He will need a phone with service, use a voip service like hangouts, or use a landline to call and sign back up with Sprint.

Ahhh so the digit sim codes are useless to make calls? Damnit!

My gf is on this plan with her iphone 7. I got her a pixel 3XL, is she able to just switch or?

1st get a 416TQ Sim from:
an Apple Store (say u want to switch your iPhone XR to Sprint) or
BestBuy or
a Corporate Sprint store.

Then, make the swap from her iPhone to pixel3:
from her MySprint dashboard or
chat or
by calling 866-556-7310.

If u got her pixel 3 XL from a Verizon deal, I entered the IMEI into the Ting Checker, then magically becoming Sim unlocked & eligible for Sprint even tho I didn't pay it off until a month later.

Hi, how do I port in a second free line? When I try to do it online, it's not giving me the free plan option. Do I have to call? Thanks in advance.

Has anyone tried to Port over from unreal mobile? It seems as if Sprint can't figure out how to do it. I've called over and over and even had both companies on the phone. Unreal is telling me they have approved the Port out but sprint keeps saying they haven't. Help!

You have to read the wiki. That's what you HAVE to do.

I did... It says you can have up to 5 lines for free. But it doesn't say how to add the additionals.

Big thanks for the folks who put together the very comprehensive wiki. And also those who are advising throughout this thread. Very useful.

Unreal mobile uses a CDMA network (Sprint) and a GSM network (ATT). If you are using unreal sprint side then you will have to port out to t mobile . Then check your IMEI in the sprint checker. If it doesn't pass, you will have to message unreal and have them release your IMEI for postpaid sprint. If you are using the GSM side of unreal, then it should port out to sprint without a problem.

What does the sprint checker currently tell you about your IMEI? Use the link at the top of the wiki above note 0.

Also what number are you calling?

I assume you have read the wiki. Things make a lot more sense if you take the time to read the ENTIRE wiki.

Thanks for the help. I'm using an iPhone 7 and the IMEI checker says it should work. I'm not using that iPhone on unreal. Should i activate that phone first on unreal?
I'm calling the porting center for sprint 888-211-4727

Do I still need to go to TMobile first? I didn't get that from the wiki.
