Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Hope anyone can help - Question on the ineligible phones list: I see both iPhone 6 & 6S. Right now I am using these phones on Sprint (signed up for free last year) and the free service is about to end shortly. I am planning to port out to TMo and come back for another year with a different user.
*Will these phone be eligible?
*Can I still use the same sprint SIMs?

Thanks for your help.

There is no ineligible phones list (that was not the meaning intended)..

You can use the same phones and sims.

See the Wiki for a link to a current list of eligible phones.

There is a list in the wiki but I guess that is not correct. Thanks for the fast response.

You were looking at post #2 which is out of date and worded confusingly for some, and is not part of the Wiki.

The Wiki is post #3.

I am sorry to hear this. To tell the truth, it happens every time a port fails to the free plan. The best course in my opinion is to start over from scratch but people do not want to do that so instead they spend weeks sorting out it.

"wait a week"
You might want to ask if you can just port out and back in instead. It might be an easier answer for all concerned at a cost of, oh, $10 or so.

"Why they couldn't do that automatically without me calling"
I think ports that are not instant are scheduled for a specific time which is conservative. You can call to try to do it earlier if you want. Not everyone would want it done early.
Thanks to you and others for their notes.

Another update: After contacting Marci, my plan has been corrected to the free plan the next day so a quick turnaround than the regular customer agent suggested to wait a week. My first bill has also generated and it reflects the free plan.

Should be a sim ending in 416Q, right?

Model XT1900?

I would check that the phone is unlocked and has latest updates.

If she is into the ekg function then I think 4 is the way to go. 3 doesn't have this.

I think it is 10$ a month extra for watch on Sprint.

Can't say that I have, except a few select places that have some cell dead zones.
What phone do you use, have you tried doing a carrier settings reset and a profile update? That may help.
