Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

No that is another plan unfortunately.

Should be like:

Unlimited - Bring Your Phone
Unlimited Talk, Text and Data.
$5/line/mo up to 5 lines. ($60/line value free with AutoPay until 04/30/19)
International Text from US.
Requires> $5 per line/per month AutoPay discount.
Savings until 04/30/19 ; then $60/mo. for line 1, $40/mo. for line 2 and $30/mo./line for lines 3-5 with AutoPay.

Thanks, I figured my plan was wrong too. I spent a couple hours trying to resolve the issue on the phone with them and they said to wait 7-10 business days to see whether the change of plan will be approved from the telesales senior management

horrible!!!
I tried to port in yesterday. After they set up my account and I got transferred to a department for active my phones. I got disconnected and nobody called me back. I received an email saying all my phones are transferred successfully and ready to use, but it shows "No service" on all of my phones. the problem is I don't have landline and I have use wifi phone to call sprint, and got disconnected so many times and everyone just asked me to turn off and back on, try ##8 numbers, none of them really know how to solve the problem!!! I don't have service and I'm on the wifi phone for 8 hours and still nobody can solve the problem. Then they told me to wait until today to see. STILL NO SERVICE! Sprint sucks!!!
Try resetting carrier settings or update profile on the phones. Also power cycle them.

Personally I would not leave it in the hands of TeleSales senior management but would either

(1) port out and start over (after clearing with the Retentions department because otherwise you will be technically ineligible as a recent customer)
or
(2) contact marci@sprint,com (Sprint Senior VP Marci Carris) who has "fixed" this for others in one day.

In dealing with Sprint, it is useful to bear in mind that there are many departments which operate within entirely different sets of guidelines.

I had issues yesterday... phones were activated but couldnt make or receive calls. Their porting dept was closed. I called 855-641-1960 a few minutes ago and I was given on ##8....# number to punch in to activate. After that both lines are working fine. Please try.

I just finished porting over on 12/24/18. And I just viewed my account details which shows:

Unlimited 55+ v2
Unlimited Talk, Text and Data.
Line 1: $55; Line 2: $25.
SD Streaming.
UNL 3G Mobile Hotspot.
International Text from US.
Sprint Global Roaming.
Eligible for $5 per line/per month AutoPay discount.

It doesnt specifically say its free with autopay or show an end date. Is this the correct plan that I should be seeing?
TIA
This is an incorrect plan. I just ported back over yesterday. Even though the lines were not working, I can see this under my "plans & services"
Unlimited ... yada yada yada
$5/line/mo upto five lines ($60/line value free with autopay...)
DVD quality streaming

Please call them back & have them correct this

Is the TMo account only the phone number (10 digits) or starts with 1+phone number (11 digits)? Wiki says "1+phone number" but two TMo reps I spoke to said for "pay as you go", the phone number is the account number. Wondering whether that is holding up the porting? Calls to the ported numbers are going to sprint voice mail and I can see both numbers under the correct name in "my sprint" app. Any thoughts?
Never mind. I called their porting number today and they made me punch a code on the phones. After that both lines are alive Smilie Set till Jan 2020. Many thanks to comintel, desi_babu and GreenSnake1504 for all the help!

edit:
looks like the LG g5 uses Part SIMGLW446C
there doesnt appear to be a iphone that uses same sim
so apple store will not be helpful.

free sim: maybe sprint corportae store, if u r lucky

pay sim (~$10 or less): any sprint store, best buy, boost mombile store

comintel , ho dadyy, edooggg may have more suggestions/information

Have 2 free lines ending this month -- ported out one line to TMo prepaid yesterday (will do 2nd line later)

Was going to call in to signup for free year again under family member but decided to risk it and order online for chance at $100 cash back -- ordered service using BeFru cash back portal (clicked the cash back link a few times before ordering)

2.99 SIM + 0.31 tax + 10.00 ship = 13.30 total

Cash back was pending 15 mins later -- 3 month wait to see if they actually pay out

Date: 26-Sep-2018
Store: Sprint
Order Total: $2.99
Cash Back: $100.00
The retailer has verified your Cash Back purchase. The estimated payable date is 25-Dec-2018.
BeFru actually paid out the cash back from Sept -- $100 available for withdrawal

Still waiting on $30 activation fee refund from Sprint -- will wait until next statement generates to contact them

Awesome. Well done. I myself ported in a few days ago back to Sprint for one more year sadly I didn't use any of the offers that you took advantage of. Good job

Only the Sprint model LS993. Certainly that model works great according to reports and has all Sprint's features including HPUE! See Desi's mentions in this thread.

People expect it will have VoLTE soon.

The separate US997 model was touted by LG as Universal but people have not been able to get it accepted by Sprint (or any of the other branded models of course)..
