Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

So who here has cancelled the Sprint Complete $15 insurance online? When I try it says that I am unable to change my services online and that I have to call.

Could someone provide a link to the right kind of t-mobile sim card to get on ebay (hopefully one of the reusable digital ones)? I clicked the link in this post that is provided in the wiki but it just takes me to the ebay home page now:

I did it recently and I also got the email confirmation that it was done. You can use the chat option as well to cancel it.

You're clicking the wrong thing I think but just Chat may be easiest and it takes just 1 minute. No need to call.

I did it wrong one time online too and it did not take. I think their web design is poor and confusing.

I think Chat is easier/ more certain for most.

They'll have to do something by mid to end January but it could be to extend the offer or to end it.

So far, it has been extended every time.

Could it be different this time?

If they do extend again, will it be 3 months to April 30 again?

By the way the latest kickstart expires today. They have a nice countdown clock on that site.

When you register with T-Mobile, I assume you used the pay as you go plan for $10?

If so, when you port to Sprint is there any way to get a refund on the 10 bucks... since you literally only have the account for less than a day?

Just curious...no biggie either way, but hey $10 is like two months of Sprint coverage, lol!

Cool.

I am trying to port out of Sprint and into T-Mobile but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that while setting up the pay-as-you-go account online (via the link in the wiki)… Is it done as a second/separate step after the account is created, or is it is something that needs to be done over the phone?

(Sorry if I am missing something obvious)

I need your help guys!! I read the steps from wiki but I have below questions, may be I am missed something here..

I have couple of questions.

Q1) I have iphone 7 unlocked from ATT.. I have checked my phone IMEI & number porting using this link https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/br...phone=byod
it says Eligible .. but in the list it says iPhone 7(T-Mobile/ATT Models not supported) what does this mean?

Q2) where can I get the ICCID# of Your Sprint Sim card

1b: When Calling In For This Promo, Have This Information Handy:
1) Your Phone's IMEI #
2) Your Phone # You want to port
3) Your Account # and PIN # from where you want to port out to Sprint
4) The ICCID# of Your Sprint Sim card --

Can I port my number from ATT(iPhone 7) to Sprint?

I have done this deal multiple times and have read the wiki a few times....but I want to make sure of this before attempting...

I have 4 lines on this plan with Sprint. Can I port out 1 line to Metro for a month, then port back to the same account at Sprint?
