Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

My BYOD plan is expiring this month end - 1/31/2019. Can I ask for extension till 3/31/2020. Mine is already 15 months completed. Any one tried to extend another year without port out and in?

I was a long time customer of Sprint - over 10 years! I started on the SERO plan I found from slickdeals, actually. I've moved across the country, and everywhere I was, the Sprint network was absolutely terrible. At every home, I could not make calls. I had to get an AirWave device and went through 3 or 4 of them over the years. At least Sprint replaces them free...

Last year after I changed jobs and simply couldn't take it any more (couldn't make calls from inside the building), so I switched to another carrier. Do you know how AMAZING it feels to pick up your phone, make a call, and it works? Well now I do too! My new carrier has VOIP by default if you are on a wireless connection, which Sprint didn't have. Maybe they've added that in the past year but I doubt it.

Anyway, I wouldn't move back to Sprint even if they paid me, and I seriously feel bad for anyone that switches to Sprint and potentially screws up their current deal they are on.

As with most things, YMMV. Went from Verizon to Sprint last month and have had no problems.

No you cannot extend it.
Of course lots of people have tried.
But to get it out of your system, call Retentions and ask. Retentions is the only Department that is authorized to make deals.
The do have some deals that will give you two free months if you sign up for 10 paid ones, that sort of thing. They are always happy to talk over what is possible and what is not..

I've been thru all major 4 carries. I would rank Verizon >>> ATT >>>>>> Tmobile>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Sprint.

But $7 (tax and fees only) for a backup phone, not bad.

however, all .really depends on each persons location of use

Having all 4 major and some MVNO over the years. For me around NY Metro area and visits up & down the I95 corridor and around the southeast.
It's Verizon >> Sprint >> At&T >>>> TMo

Btw, just got my $4 bill for the month. I'll never get tired of seeing it pop up. Which is never the case for my other bills! laugh out loud

I thought tmo kicked ass in NYC. I know for sure that AT&T sux balls, cause that's what I had last time when I was there, and while at home in Miami I was getting 80mbps service, over there AT&T was barely usable, and all my friends with tmo over there really liked it.
