Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

So I was wondering would most Boost Mobile Phones be eligible? I seen on another SD post that they have a 10% off sale today plus some good prices on pre-owned and certified pre-owned phones today only tho.
They are not supposed to be eligible at all but if you read the surrounding posts you will see that some are having some luck getting some of them on.

Created account, port successfully processed. Device (moto z2 force) shows up in dashboard with my phone number, but it won't connect to the sprint network. I went to a store and they were completely clueless. I called tech support and they confirmed the IMEI and ICCID.. I've tried changning APN settings, but that hasn't helped. Phone won't connect cellular data or voice.

I transferred over from Xfinity Mobile over to Sprint BYOD. Lets see how this move goes. Previously, I transferred my wife's line from Tmobile to Sprint which is working without any issues. It took me close to 2 hours on the phone though !!
I'm planning to port my xifinity mobile line to this plan also. Did you succeed on your process? Also, as Xfinity doesn't have PIN, what PIN did you provide to Sprint?

Others have mentioned the pin is 0000.

You may get a one day charge. I'm sure another chat session would remove it if you insisted.

Yes, I activated a Boost Mobile phone on this plan, with the Boost Mobile SIM that was already in the phone, so I didn't even have to purchase a new SIM for it. Most Boost Mobile Phones are eligible (from the last 2 years or so). The list of eligible devices is only a fraction of devices you can activate. In reality, there's probably 100+ compatible devices. I wish I would've gotten the Boost G6 Play at Walmart for $30!

Don't do it! This was the worst customer service experience of my life. They put me on the wrong plan, they locked my new phone down because it was bought from a third party seller, and they disconnected my old phone. So was without a phone for two days. In those two days I probably talked to 20 customer service representatives who had no clue about anything. I finally told them to f** off and I wanted to port my number back to verizon so I could actually have service. They kept asking me for a pin code that had never been set up and they wouldn't give me my account number so I couldn't access anything and I couldn't port my number back. Thank God for Verizon customer service. I don't care if sprint gives me free phone plan for life, I wouldn't take it after that cluster.

Eventually it just went away. Very strange.

The Xfinity PIN is 0000. I was able to transfer without any issues. It just took a long time - 2 hours on the phone !!

I have to add a line to this plan for my son, but do not have a device. If I call the number listed on the wiki, will they be able to provide phones for purchase as well ? Or should I purchase my own unlocked device first and then transfer to this plan ?

Starting and adding lines to this promo only works when porting in and bringing phones from another provider.

There are options given in the wiki if you don't have service to port from. Such as starting a pay by the minute plan on T-Mobile or others.

I hate to say it but this really sounds like user error. If you follow the instructions from the wiki things should be fine. The first step is calling the correct number to start and making sure they are putting you on the right plan. As it says in the wiki, if the rep doesn't sound sure about the free plan hang up and try again until you get someone who does.

What number did you call to start service? What phone where you using to port in with?

People are calling the wrong number, going into stores, etc and having the wrong results even though everything about this is explicitly mentioned in the wiki.
