Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I had two numbers on the free deal with sprint, second added 2 months after the first. As soon as the first number expired I ported that line out, next billing cycle i'm getting hit with $60 bill because they claim that both lines expired as soon as the earliest line expired. This is not what customer service told me a year ago with i inquired about adding a second line.

After bitching to CS, I was told they will remove the charge but still have not done so...just be aware that if you are porting more than one line and you are not doing it at the same time its probably best to create a second account.
This was in terms from day one June 2017. Never listen to reps. Follow wiki,
Also end date was listed in your my sprint account.

I provided incorrect a/c information for the source of port, and as expected port process was rejected. I gave them updated info via chat. Now process doesn't seem to be moving after few hours. Is this expected and will get resolved by passing time, or I should do something?

If you port out or cancel within 14 days of the beginning of the new plan, you MAY be able to get refund under Sprint's 14 day money back satisfaction guarantee. Try to do everything in Chat with Transcript so you have proof!

Is it possible to sign up for a free trial with Mint SIM and port that number over to this?.. what's the cheapest way to port over to Sprint?

Forgive my noobness, I'm just completely new to messing around with SIMS/porting.

S10 is included in the chart linked to in the Wiki.

You can use the existing Sprint 4 in one sim kit. A link to order for $2.99 is in the Wiki.

Do I recall correctly that
- they can check that easily by getting the GSX report (99 cents on EBay) or I suppose contacting Apple and getting them to check
- this typically occurs where the phone was bought outside the U.S. (and if so perhaps not officially supported by Sprint)
- remedy would be to get Apple to adjust the activation policy, but they may refuse?
I have read and there was the case Apple changed the device's activation policy but it need to be escalated

Just buy a number to port on ebay for a few bucks. Way easier.

Guys need advice -

I had a number with Cricket with billing period expiring on early Feb ...as the individual whom the # belongs was travelling out of country the number was kept in suspended state to have it resume in March, 2019. I'm trying to port to sprint and my was told I need to first activate my number with Cricket. If I have to activate with Cricket then I may as well be with them for a 3 weeks and initiate a port.

Is there any alternative option?
Any suggestions please -

Looks like the account number of the T-Mobile pay as you go plan is not the same as the account number. I registered for it yesterday using a digital SIM purchased from eBay and the rep mentioned that the T-Mobile platform had changed due to which she cannot give me the account number on the phone and it will be sent via a text message. I called again after some time and another rep gave me the account number which was not the same as my account number. Can anyone else confirm this ?

Yes, some have recently reported the same.
See wiki post for TMo port tips.

Best place to start and soak everything in is the wiki post:

So is this from Wiki no longer true?

Tmobile Pre-paid - had success porting it. Your account number is your 1+your phone #. You must set your 4 digit pin if you haven't either by calling or dialing #8646
