Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Keep trying. I tried it multiple times over course of 2 days. They can add it it's just when they see BYOD they say no. But keep trying you will get it. It can be added to more than one line on account.
Sure. Thanks

this may be a stupid question. I just ported 2 lines from Tmobile to sprint. Do I have to do anything to end my TMobile acct? Will I get a final bill? Im unable to access my TM account now.
Porting should essentially terminate the account if those were the only numbers you had on it.

I'm already on the plan, but trying to swap phones to the iPhone. Sprint is telling me that it can't be activated when I call.
In addition to the prior replies to swap in your phone. Just to confirm, what's the model and part number of the iPhone? You can see them in Settings > General > About > Tap Model.
ie. A1549 and MG5X2LL/A

Some people have reported that.
They have turned down many free-plan people completely (including me), but are giving it to some multi-line customers on one line only.
Got it. I will try Kastrga's suggestion

If I have a unlimited year line that is about to expire can I add a second unlimited line to the account and then use the second line for free for another year after my existing line expires or will the second line expire the same day as the existing line?

Thanks. I ended up buying a digital sim from eBay. Just a warning to everyone, since the wiki still lists net10 sim card as an alternate.
Just to note, the Net10 sim mentioned in the wiki isn't listed as an alternative to TMo, but as an alternative option to temporarily port out a phone number.

You're just porting your number to TMo, no need to worry about the phones. Use the same sim that are already in them, no changes needed.
Just simply setup your wife's account the way you did with yours.
Thank you. Is there any advantage to waiting until April 1 to do the switch over even though that would be kind of tight? I don't remember if the 12 months free includes whatever partial month you get on the first month or you get 12 full months for free no matter what.
