Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

On the phone porting to t-mobile and the rep is insisting my new t-mobile account number is my phone number. I asked him to reach out to his manager and he too insist that is is the phone number.

edit
The manager also stated that I am on the legacy PAYGO and the account number is the 10 digit number or just prefix it with 1. He started being rude and I asked for his manager. He said he was the manager and that he already provided all the information I requested -- THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. Wow. didn't see that coming...

I guess I will see what happens when I try to port back to sprint (not feeling good about this Frown )
Thats weird. Usually nowadays the account number is no longer phone number. We all have ported from T-mobile prepaid recently and you should have noted your account number from checkout page.

Since the rep insisted that it is 1+phone number, perhaps you can try that. It may work. Or else call up T-mobile again and see what the second rep says.

I am on Sprint basic Unlimited plan for 5 lines /$100, initially I had 2 lines. recently I have added 3 lines to it, I am waiting for cash rewards for credit union members for new lines. I may get reward on 4/5. Anyone has idea, if port out 1 number to t mobile now (I will port back that line to BYOD) does it effect Credit union cash rewards of lines which I added?
I don't want to mess up cash rewards and I don't want to miss BYOD plan for 1 line.(I already have another account to add that line)

If you log into your TMobile account, you can see your account number (and it's not your phone number) at least not on my paygo account.

I'm in the process of porting my Sprint number out to Tmobile. I've reached the account setup page, but so far there has been no option to keep my number and port it. Does that option come at checkout?
I'm being told by Tmobile chat that I have to call Tmobile to port the number in. It sounded like in the Wiki that the process was completed online. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? Thanks.

It is probably 1 + your number. Mine was yesterday.

There are two possible formats, that's all.
It can be either 1+ phone number, or in a different format unrelated to phone number.
It will be one or the other - it is never both for any given account.
This has been confirmed repeatedly.
Whatever they say it is will be correct and you cannot use the other format in any given case. What it was for someone else is not significant.

If I am currently on the free year plan that has savings until 4/30/19 and my next billing cycle starts on 4/15/19 would that mean I would get the 4/15/19-5/15/19 month for free+tax or would it switch to full price for this month?

Thanks, I'm trying to complete it online. At what point does it ask for your number to port in?

There are only two or three pages, and it's on the 2nd or 3rd page.

Has anyone else had issues with 2-step verification working properly after switching over to Sprint? Specifically the Nest app will not send the SMS. Currently chatting with Nest and they are stumped...

Try enabling them via the following:

https://community.sprint.com/t5/S...a-p/982282

Look under Allow commands.

I sent the command list and it said I had nothing blocked. Thank you though. Seems to be specific to Nest for some reason. I was able to get a valid code for my Voya app.

Had a question that I am hoping someone can assist me with.

Have 3 mobile phones in my household. Is it advisable to port one number first to Sprint? Make sure that goes smoothly. And then add the other two. Or do you recommend porting all numbers to Sprint at the same time. How difficult is it to add 2 more numbers if I just port one first?

Thanks.

4/15-5/14 will be free+taxes. You'll need to port out by 5/14 to avoid full price.
