agree.

im at a lost as to what i will do when my year is up (~10 months left) ...

was thinking of red pocket..but not sure i will adjust (used 8gb last month)

for now..i think i will have to be with S..somehow.

really wish they bring back the $15 KS plan

Hmm maybe we can petition Sprint for a flash sale at some point. If we could get enough people, we might be able to get their attention.

One problem is, now that they have so many people on $25 Kickstart, all those people would scream bloody murder if $15 kickstart came back and they were not allowed to have it too, which Sprint could not afford to give them all.

Still there might be some way.....probably for later on. Maybe a cash buy-in with a year paid in advance because they could offer that to existing kickstart members too.

Another possibility might be a special retention plan. We might be able to negotiate that.

Ha Ha.

But actually if we spoke to the right people in Sprint Marketing, lots of things might be possible.

I think the timing might be too early now though. People are going to prefer to stay on the Free Plan as long as they can, so we would not have the maximum number of people to bargain right now.

I think the right time may be in about 10 months.....

Then again there is a some risk that the merger could mess up things although I do not see that myself because it will take 2 years to implement.

Hopefully we will get some confirmation by early April. I think that is very likely.

I'm being told by Tmobile chat that I have to call Tmobile to port the number in. It sounded like in the Wiki that the process was completed online. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? Thanks.

Yes I tried porting online for my wife's number and it didn't go through...so Had to call and still waiting for porting to complete.

was finally able to get it to go thru online... but didnt lose service. Called tmobile and they said it failed and I'd get my $3 back within 24 hours. he started the port again via phone, and looks like I lost service this time and IMEI showing eligible online. However, been on hold with sprint for over 30 minutes with no one answering. Are there limited call center hours? At one point it just stopped playing ads too and just went silent. Tried twice at this point and am stuck without service.

So I had to call Xfinity Mobile to get my account # to summit a Unlock Code Request for my LG X Charge phone to use on T-Mobile. The rep gave me my account # along with my 4 digit PIN number. Which I remember some folks here saying it's PIN 0000 to port out.

So today they were giving me a hard time and acting like idiot's saying the phone was already unlocked which clearly it wasn't, but hey it's Comcast right?

But when I was messaging them they kept talking about the port pin # saying it was 0000 & not the different 4 digit code I got a few days ago from the Xfinity Mobile rep. So my question is which code do I use for port out the 0000 or other 4 digit code I was given?

Are we still calling to get the sprint deal/service or anyone trying online for activation with Sim in hand?

I cannot stress enough how horrible and frustrating this process has been. Utter, complete, total nightmare. I have been on the phone with Sprint over 2 hours, and no one will actually complete the port/activation. They transfer me to customer care, telesales, "special" telesales, port assistance, etc. I have talked to every department in existence I think. Each time someone transfers you, there's about a 50% chance they hang up on you altogether and never call back. Then you repeat every piece of information to the next person, who hangs up on you as well. I cannot believe how horrible horrible horrible this is.

I ported out of Xfinity yesterday successfully with 0000. Just make sure you got the current account number as they changed it a while back. and it's NOT your comcast internet account number.

Online activation doesn't give the option to do the free plan. It just wants the $15 or $30 plans
