Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I followed the wiki and ported all 5 of my sprint lines to T-mobile with digital sims (I did have to do them individually as commented in the wiki). However, despite the fact that everything went through fine, the numbers still haven't ported. I've read several comments about how it only takes a few minutes, but I'm going on 12 hours now and nothing. Has it taken this long for anyone else?

to be clear, the # have not ported from S to TM?

what happens when u call the #'s ?
what if anything rings?
what is recorded message?
what happens if u now check the S phones imei & S # on S checker
(ie as if u r starting new service?)

last few days , sporadic reports of TM ports of some working as intended & some having hicups, with. no clear resoultion.

Haven't yet ported out from Sprint to T-Mobile, or haven't yet ported in to Sprint from T-Mobile?
If it is the former, and you are trying online, scan the last few pages of this thread. Online porting into T-Mobile seems to be a dead end, despite their still charging you and giving you confirmation numbers and accounts. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)
If your time is worth anything to you, say au revoir to the $15 and pursue the porting into tmo via phone call. Maybe get your numbers ported then deal with the $15 later.

I'll update the wiki if it isn't already to advise against online tmo porting.

quick summary:

~11/27/18 to 12/20/18
apple was giving upto 2x on trade in without requiring purchase of anything
there was no limit
so for a iphone 6s, u would get $200 in a gift card.
with the metro deal, people would get 4 x 6s from metro for $160.
then trade them into apple for 4 x $200 gift card ($800)
some people did this multiple times

[myself desi babu, did it at least 4 times..maybe 5..cant remember now...~$640 profit each time]

Get a cheap Boost Mobile phone. I activated a Boost phone myself on this plan.
Congratulations on getting one on but in general Boost phones are not accepted on Sprint postpaid including this plan.

5 lines all works OK.

Definitely not as fast and consistent as Verizon.

Occasionally, the IP connection will get flummoxed, and you have to restart the phone to get the data to work, or switch to wifi for a few minutes.

Same thing happens on my Sprint LTE hotspot, so that tells me its a feature of their network, but for as much money as I'm saving, I'll live with it.

Try disabling Google Fi as a carrier. Settings>Network & internet>Mobile network>advanced>Carrier>click the gear next to Google Fi and disable. This worked for me.
Thanks for the suggestion. But my LG G7 setting are slightly different.
Settings > Adv Settings> Mobile Networks> There is no Carrier (so no Google Fi) only Network Mode, 4G Settings, APN Names, Data Roaming

Yes you can port Mom's number out and back in. They go by SS#, not phone number.
Happy motoring
April 2020 is the promotion's end date. Is that what everyone's one year end date is supposed to be as well look around
Not that I would mind but I doubt it.

still having problems? did you unistall the Fi app?
Yes still same thing when I place calls "Sprint is connecting you to a operator" ?
I haven't uninstalled Fi app, are you suggesting that is required? I would prefer to keep it and disable it if possible and Sprint should work right?
I tried some of the other suggestions like update prl update device config and reported back here - those two didn't help
Someone also posted a phone app command - not sure if that was in response to my question.

See https://support.google.com/fi/thr...gid=426516
for a reported fix (which involves using a code from Fi to switch networks).

This thread is a little out of hand, so if you don't nested/multiquote you might get some duplicate advice from people like me who don't go and search for your previous posts--
power cycle the phone, try a call.
##UPDATE#
power cycle the phone
##UPDATE#
try a call
(or I guess in your case ##SCRTN# since you are mentioning fi! Nevermind, I'll leave it to experts since fi phones are finicky. in the mean time I'll ask my father since he came off fi to another carrier).
