Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

If your getting stuck creating a my Sprint acct make sure you aren't using the same login/email as you have for previous accounts.

I had same issue untill I used a different email account then it processed fine.

I found it is the login name that has to be different. The email can be the same.

Of course, if you use the email as your login name as well, then this amounts to the same thing. But you do not have to do that. I think it better not to use your email address for your login name, to avoid confusion.

But I now have two accounts, old and new, with different login names and the same email address.

The idea is that you can log in and out of both accounts (to check old bills etc). I do so..

It is there but it has moved and I forget exactly how to navigate to it now. It is per line.

It is easier to find if you install the MySprint app on the phone.

I used a Tmobile physical sim to port from Sprint to T without adding $3, then ported back to Sprint, could anybody please let me know if this physical sim can be reused again? Thank you !

Thanks for the comment. I was using different login info. I went to the register webpage, but it would just hang and not let me move to the next step. I used the help chat, and they suggested trying a different browser, which worked. So I'm all set now!

I want to port out to T-Mobile so I purchased 3 e-SIM from ebay and just realized T-Mobile stopped online porting request and I have to call in. Can I still used those e-SIM when I call or do I have to get new physical TMo Sim? Thanks

what t-mobile account format do you use? 1+phone number or just phone number or other?
I just read to the Tmobile agent the 10 digit numbers, xxx-xxx-xxxx. NO need for 1+

I also used the e-sims from Ebay. I just read the numbers to the Tmobile agent and it worked.
The only uncertain thing is I couldn't verify if the port from Sprint to Tmobile went through or not. I just guessed that it went through because I lost service from Sprint and assume that the port-in to Tmobile was fine.

Then I just called back Sprint and re-do another year.

Ok, it took a few hours, but my number did eventually port from Tmo, and my Sprint service is working. So a couple of interesting observations here:

1) I never set up my tmobile account, and never gave them any creditcard info, so I never actually paid them the $3 for the pay as you go plan.
How long does it take to port a number into tmobile?

If you don't have a name on the T-Mobile prepaid account, but inform the Sprint Telesales rep to use your name, will it create an issue on the port over? I told her to put the name on because I didn't want to say the T-Mobile line was prepaid (thought promo said postpaid?).
