Thanks. 5/31.

I guess I should port it out and come back in on spouse's SSN. I hope there is still enough time to do this? OP says 4/4 to sign up for this. But can't find that date on Sprint site though. Can I re-use my current sim cards to bring the lines back in to Sprint?
4/4 date with no further extensions was confirmed privately by Sprint to SlickDeals management for their promotion planning (Sprint advertises continuously with SlickDeals) but is not yet public.

Yes you can use old sim cards.

4 days is plenty of time. Best move one single line first.

Any reason to move one single line?

Also, if I port sprint line now to tracfone does name have to match? Can I use spouse name on tracfone account so when I move back to Sprint again, port name matching wouldnt be a show stopper? Anyone?

Aw crap. So I have a Tablet only plan with Sprint (never a phone plan), and I had plans to get in on this deal.

However, seeing Note 2 now.....does this mean I am not a "new customer"?

Now I am confused on why people are asking when they can unlock the phones. Which phones do they lock, Phones exclusive phones?

It is an extremely complicated and controversial can of worms but it only affects a small minority of people in a few particular situations so I would it worry about it.

It would take 5 paragraphs to even begin to go into it.

In the small minority of cases where it does occur, it does not matter anyway unless you are a phone-flipper because you can just unlock it after 50 days anyway.

People ported Google numbers just yesterday or the day before and do so all the time.

It is just the rep, but you can tell them it is bandwidth.com if you want, which sounds better.

It does not matter much what you say it is. The computer looks it up later. They did not even ask me which carrier it was with last time because they really know it does not matter too. They are just trying to pre-screen for potential problems.
You are 100% correct, GV works as is, i can even use my primary GV # (not the GV i ported to that phone) to make international call - thx!
