Thanks comintel for all your assistance, thanks Desi and other SDers!
Yes, the chart indeed is very busy but full of information.
I think it is my own job to read it (wiki and others ppl post/comments) first and try to understand myself first..
but without the expertise and knowledeable like you and others, we wont get more help on that.
I will run to Apple store to get the iphone x/8 sim card and do the port in with Sprint.

One other question i want to verify that if i use my note 8 to port to sprint; after activated with sprint, will my note 8 lock to Sprint? (I read some posts ppl said it shouldn't);
so if that's the case, can i take the sprint sim out, and put back my other TMO sim (my other sim postpaid account from work) and continue to use the note 8 phone.

(becoz with all the phones i had with me now, only this note 8 imei work with this sprint boyd; but i have another Iphone XR which is locked to TMO until 40 days later i am able to unlock it; and my plan is to use the unlocked Iphone XR with this Sprint BYOD (will call to do phones 'swap' at that time)

Thanks again!
I do not think it will lock to Sprint so I think that yes, you can swap sims back and forth.

Anyone else having data connection issues with Sprint today? My unlocked s10+ has been fine for the past couple weeks and today I keep loosing internet all over town in places I normally have a connection. It goes to no internet and sometimes no phone service. Just now it showed 1x where I normally have lte. Never been this bad in the past year I've had service with Sprint. Any suggestions?

Edit: Just updated the PRL and it seemed to help.

It says 3-in-one in the text but hodaddy (and I also) researched it and they actually ship the 4 in one kit.

Also for iPhones you can get sims free at most Apple stores.
I'll go ahead and get 1 ordered in that case. Also I should have mentioned that the nearest Apple Store is 75+ miles away in Toledo or 65 or so miles away in Dayton. We are not in the middle of nowhere by any means but we don't have those stores here for some reason.

DO THIS NOW, DON'T WAIT FOR SPRINT TO EXTEND THE OFFER! However, my phone rep with Sprint said the same thing. When I said "Let's get this done before this offer expires on 4/4" she laughed and said that was not the date the offer will end. I asked when it was really going to end and she was non-committal and said probably in a few months.
Right - unfortunately these reps have been extremely unreliable in the past as to such issues and I would not out any stock whatever in what they say.

S10 is a launch disaster on Sprint (maybe other carriers too) and people all over the country have major problems. Reddit r/sprint is full of reports.

Many people have returned their phones.

Samsung and Sprint are giving varying explanations. It has something to do with reading sims wrong and PRL lists.

I am sure they will fix it though. Some emergency fixes have already been tried and more are pending.

Sure - this way will work but I do not know if it will make it in time.

I think it may have been edog11 who suggested buy the individual sim from BestBuy if you have one.

Does anyone have an updated link for the 4 in 1 sim kit at sprint.com? I have seen 2 different links posted here in the past 3-4 months and have both bookmarked. As of now neither link goes to the sim kit but instead links to the front of the store. I have searched and can only find the 3 in 1 kit at sprint.com, and I know for sure that the other 2 links did in fact link to the 4 in 1 kit. I am in need of a sim kit by April 4th if possible to put an iPhone on our plan for our daughter (or sign her up for her own plan). Just in case the promo is not extended again.

EDIT TO ADD: There is no corporate store near here and the 2 stores in town will not sell or give out sim cards - PERIOD. Been there and tried 2 times.
What would be the 4th item in that kit you are looking for ?

I dialed in and requested a port in from H2O to Sprint this morning. As I check online my number is already with Sprint at this time. But whenever I make a phone call, I am told connecting to an external operator and credit card info required for collecting fee.

Do I need to reset the phone's network from settings? Or will dialing ##873283# work?

Thanks in advance.

I brought one phone over to try the service a couple days ago and ordered SIM cards today for my other 3 phones. They will be delivered tomorrow (4/3)...I can add those lines to my account on the same promotion right? Or did I completely screw it up?!

Yeah but I wonder whats the difference . Are these just different numbers assigned as per distribution channels or is there truly any difference .. also what about the SIM I have for Nexus 6 from 2018.. should it work ?

Depends on what type of phone you are using?
See wiki post for provisioning steps.

Some people have got that on Fi phones if that was one. There is a fix from Fi to change the network. You can search for it..

No - those are totally different sims.

You can only use the exact correct sim. Otherwise you can have horrible bugs even if it does seem to accept it and seems to work (usually it will not even accept it). If two different sims are indicated on the same model line for different distribution channels, then you can use either one, but you only those.

You can look at the chart yourself but looking at it, Nexus 6 took 506C or 446C so those would not work.

Which G7 model do you have? I would suggest just get the correct sim as edog11 described. If it is the factory-unlocked all carrier model, then the sim will likely be in the 4-in-ine-sim kit.
