I just messaged you and if you don't get it I will reply here.
Did you try this? I almost knew it was an issue with the port as that is where I found the most issue when getting on Sprint to begin with.
I responded.
They called me back and she checked out a few things. She told me they would have it fixed today and sure enough I just got an influx of texts that I had previously been missing. During our conversation I casually mentioned inter-carriers and that it was a ported number, but I don't know the actual solution. I'll try and find out and post it here.

Well, the only thing they were able to tell me is that they saw that a bunch of messages were getting errors and were "stuck". They couldn't "push them through" so they deleted them all. Somehow that solved it. Sorry-- I wish I could be of more help.

I just take risk to use Tmobile web site to do online porting by using esim purchased from Ebay. 20 minutes have passed and I have not received any emails from Tmobile and phone still is with Sprint.

I also try to search order status on Tmobile by using order confirmation No but it says it is not valid order No. Strange...

Do I have to wait 2 hours to see what is going on? or I have to purchase physical SIM card to start over again? Thanks.

The online port doesn't reliably work. It's almost certainly a dead order in their system that will never process. Ports that actually work are near instant.

Try using facebook chat on tmobile fb page. My sprint to tmobile porting issue was resolved after 48 hrs.

Prior to the solution, I called tmobile porting dept. 3 times and was told to wait 24 hours then 48 hours. Good Luck.

After my relative twice failed security questions, and I did song and dance with 1st unhelpful jerk from executive escalation department, who as a last resort reluctantly transferred me to his helpful supervisor, I was able to finally port back into Sprint after 4th level credit department supervisor, who had actually left me voicemail with her personal cell phone number (!) and then yelled at me when I called her back on it the next day initially thinking I was a scam artist telemarketer trying to sell her a timeshare (!!), after which she was extremely helpful, insisted on a solo call with my 80-year-old relative, and babied the relative somehow to pass the security check!!!

Got great Sprint agent last night to complete activation , so good that I had agent immediately call my close friend who was about to have a relative sign up, too.

Both my and my friend's Sprint accounts successfully initiated, but port away from fresh 2-day-old H20 accounts not kicking in, Sprint insisting that H20 account numbers (both mine and my friend's) are incorrect, despite that H2O texted the numbers to us. I eventually was given numbers for Sprint Porting Department 855-641-1960 and 877-503-3269 where they would call H2O directly for me to sort out port.

Also, the proficient Sprint rep repeatedly confirmed in my convo that the offer indeed ends 4/4 AND that I could add additional lines AT ANY TIME DURING MY FREE YEAR and still receive free service on those added lines FOR THE REMAINING DURATION OF THE 1 YEAR FREE ON MY ACCOUNT. Again, I confirmed this with her three separate times during sign-up convo, and she was sure of herself.
I highly doubt that one will be able to add free lines once the promotion ends (whenever that day comes 4/4 or some other date). The reason I say this is because, look at the $15 kickstarter plan. That was a limited time promo as well. Once it ended they stopped allowing people to add new lines on existing accounts. I don't trust what reps say as most of them are ill-informed about the promos.

Bottomline is if you already have a line you want to add to BYOD, do it ASAP before the promotion runs out.

There are several websites that show which carrier your phone number belongs to. The way I check if the port has happened is to use these websites and see if it shows my number as belonging to T-mobile.

KickStart was one line at a time only. Each new line was re-evaluated and had its own terms and conditions and had no relationship to any prior lines..

In this plan, you get irrevocable pre-approval for multiple lines and the terms and dates are frozen for all lines added at any time later under the plan.

kickstarter allowed adding multiple lines to account. Time will tell! I don't think they have any incentive to allow adding lines.

thank you for the feedback. I am with Tmobile on facebook now.

If it takes 24 hours or 48 hours, I probably have to go to Tmobile corporate store this evening to get it done today.

I'm also seeing the same delay. I did exactly what you did- Tmo digital sim. I tried to port over 1 line/number to Tmo as a test. I got a success page but it's been 30 minutes and no follow-up email and it appears the line has not moved over. I know I entered all the information correct.

If this gets stuck for a long time can we finish this in store? Or should we give up on Tmo?

This really sucks...

Also they could at least possibly toughen up the conditions at some point by rigidly enforcing the requirement to port in from a post-paid carrier, which is not currently enforced. I do not know think that they will bother though.

Not linked together as a common plan with up-front credit approval for adding additional lines at a later date like this plan does.

Let me know if you have any luck with chat. I'm in the same boat as you right now trying to figure out a solution...

Anyone getting Tmo online prepaid working with digital sim right now?

The fix took less than an hour but I had to wait 48hr until they help me. Tmobile need to manually flip their switch for issue with struck port. I would suggest chating with tmobile and ask for a manual override. Tell them you need to use your phone number asap for some bs reason. Example job interview.
