I believe people were told no for that specific offer because it is a limited time promotion ending at the end of this year. The Recovery offer cannot be stacked with other promotions.

But something along those lines, yes. Maybe some people who did it with multiple lines will post more details.

Otherwise you will have to call them and I doubt they will talk to you until you have already cancelled.
This $250 per line credit can be utilized within the first 10 months or they will credit $11.12 per month for 18 months as mentioned in an earlier post?

It is:

$100 service credit: $10/mo. credit for 10 months.

$250 service credit: one $50 credit plus $11.11/mo. credit for 18 months.

So it may not be such a great deal with the normal Unlimited Plans.

With KickStart, it may be very good though - they have a lower total credit offer on that which might be very attractive since KickStart is only $25 to begin with even before the credit.

And there are other possibilities with Limited Data plans.

Ohh so now these guys are offering credits on a monthly basis for retention Big Grin

When my Sprint free offer ended back in November 2018, and I moved out to other provider... Sprint offered me flat $750 credits to bring 2 lines back.. and I did!

How much was the plan per month if you do not mind saying?
And how many months did it take you to use up the credits?

So Buried in the FINE PRINT! So you need to be an attorney to do business with Sprint!
However, this was never mentioned by the sales rep. He did not offer at any time this add on. I did not agree to the add on. Sprint just put it on and probably hoped I would not catch it.
Sprint said they would take the $30 off but now I owe $22. What kind of math does Sprint use?
After dealing with the Philipines and going crazy, I managed to get in touch with a man in Ontario Canada. He looked at my account and reversed all charges and credited back my payments. I now have $0 cost cell service.

Although I am not thrilled with the quality of the service, However, I simply can't complaint when it is FREE. It would be a different story if I was paying full price however.

Persistence paid off for me. Applause

Someone is very confused. There is no such restriction. Who is it that said that?

Where is the phone now? Still on the free plan? What makes you sure it is unlocked? Where did it come from originally?

What does the Tello checker say exactly?

Good Deal!

Some may prefer Unlimited Kickstart now for $25 a month, but there are advantages to the plan you chose, too, including the fact that it is not subject to de-prioritization, whereas Kickstart is (although most people do not encounter de-prioritization)..

Can you bring back lines for Kickstart using an offer with the same phone numbers? I thought there was a 45 day waiting period. Or maybe that is waived. Or maybe the offer remains in effect for 45 days. Or maybe I'm just confused.

What a F.. nightmare!

I called on may 31 to cancel my 3 remaining lines, 4th was in the process of being ported. Billing cycle ends June 2.

June 6, I found out I had a bill for $159.25. I am out of the country so this time and asked via chat what happened. Apparently my account was NOT cancelled.

After arguing with them, they agreed to credit my account.

June 8, I checked my account and no longer see any lines and asked via chat the credit. They said I will only get a credit of $123 and that's what the previous supervisor computed.

I said NO F way! It is your incompetencies that caused this issue. CSR kept insisting that bill was for before I cancelled. I said my bill says I'm being charged $159.25 for services for June 3 to July 2 so I should get a credit for the entire amount

They agreed after I threatened to escalate the issue to social media!

I have a case number for both chats. (I removed my credit cards on my account so I wasnt auto billed)

I swapped via chat without any issues. It was nearly immediate.

KickStart requires a new line normally, but it does not have to be a new ssn.
They seemed to be offering it to me right away via Recovery though. So they seem to be waiving it if you call Recovery.. That is probably just normal because it is a new line in a way if you are re-activating after cancelling.
