Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I called Sprint 2 days ago and told them to cancel one of my free lines since its not being used and I have no plans to port it out and keep the number. They said that it would end at the end of my current cycle. I told them that I preferred that they cancel it that day. After some checking they said that it would cancel by the end of that day. Of course two days late and it is still active, lol.

I also asked them about what other plan they could offer for my two remaining lines. They only offered the $60 plan. Not even the $35 kickstarter.

Right - everybody gets that and earlier discussion here pretty much panned it as of little special value because you would be paying regular prices on the other lines..

Right - there have been no meaningful offers from Retentions for the last year.

If you actually want to cancel, it is best to port out to kill the line as the surest way. You can port out to H2O to let it die there for free if you get their sim. Or if you really want to try to cancel through Sprint staff, then be sure to talk to Retentions and not customer support - but porting out is still better except in special cases

If you want Kickstart, you can have it by just signing up in your existing account. A new account is not needed. It needs to be a new number and a different phone if the old one is still active on the free plan..There is a $300 gift card offer if you PORT IN a new number and then register, so if you go this route, be sure to port in a new number. It will be $35 a month if you do it directly through Sprint.

To get Kickstart for $25 a month instead of $35, you need to port in at a BestBuy store. This may or may not qualify for the $300 gift card. Sprint staff will say probably not, but they have nothing to do with it - it is a separate registration that you do. I think it might well succeed.

Anyone know if the shortcut for hot spot or even the category under network (android) will come back? I am able to get hotspot by going to network and doing a search for hotspot but it does not appear there without doing the search. Also not in the shortcut pulldown menu.

I have an Essential phone

I figured out how to do a shortcut with a toggle but would like it to be in the settings and pulldown menu

"Excl. 11+ Corporate-liable, prepaid & ports made between Sprint and related entities. "

Hi could you help me understand this please?

Does it mean 11+ prepaid Sprint MVNOs? Or non-Sprint prepaid?

Thanks in advance.

I am pretty sure it means:

Excludes:
- Corporate accounts with 11 or more lines
- Sprint prepaid accounts
- ports from Sprint mvno's

Non-Sprint prepaid is fine.

Thanks Comintel. I had the same doubt. For my previous question regarding Tello port, you and SVSfan responses are very valid. I will port into Ultra and back to KS after 4/2 since some news like after 4/2 we can get some new offer along with $300 but not sure whether is it true.

For unlimited free slower-speed data, that is all you need.

If you want Tello voice, though, yes, add a cash deposit of $20 which will last for 2000 minutes which is 33 hours with no expiry ever and set it to reload with $10 or $20 increments when/if ever needed.

There are other options and combinations. See https://tello.com/buy/custom_plans for details.
Thanks for this info. I can't see where to add the $20 for voice? Is the strategy to buy the lowest no minute plan with data, then add a PayGo $20?
