"$100 service credit: $10/mo. credit for 10 months. $250 service credit: one $50 credit plus $11.11/mo. credit for 18 months. $25 service credit: Valid only when customer comes back using online live chat feature. Customer must remain in good standing for 30 days before credit is applied. Lines must remain active and in good standing consecutively through credit period or remaining offer amount will be forfeited. Initial credits applied within 2 bills."
Great information as that adds another option for people!
Those are exactly the same terms as way it always has been.
It is not as valuable as one might think at first though because it can be used only with a regular priced plan and the credits are dribbled out over a year or more and only while you are still on the plan.

However as to Kickstart, BestBuy does still have that for $25 pernanently which would be better anyway I think. BestBuy staff on reddit say purchasing a phone is not required although some have had trouble doing BYOD at BestBuy.

Just in case, here is the rest of the terms the Come Back to Sprint offer:

Overall I think the Come Back to Sprint offer is not the best choice for most people at the moment.

For those with 4-5 lines, Verizon promotion seems to be better. Or may be even Amazon/Sprint $100 SIM card promotion, if combined with referrals, CB, credit union and/or Walgreens gift cards.
For 1-2 lines: 1) BestBuy Kickstart is good for those who want unlimited service with a possibility to lock into that rate longer-term with Sprint/T-Mobile.
2) AT&T $250 port-in promotion. Now it has limit of 2 rebates per account, but still can be an option to consider.
3) For low usage people, RedPocket through eBay has 360-day $30 ($2.50/mo) plan for Sprint-compatible phones, with 200 min/1000 texts/200Mb data monthly. I ported two lines from Sprint free plan that ended Jan. 31, no complaints so far. Can be used as a back up phone. No need to order new sim card, current one will work.
4) Tracfone has yearly plans for low usage people. For instance, 1200/1200/3Gb plan was $30 recently. Ported my last number from Sprint free plan a few days ago to that plan.

Once your last number is ported out, that means your account with all lines is cancelled, though you can still access it online even if there are no more lines there. You can log into your Sprint account and check if your line disappeared from your account.
