Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

If there's nothing good coming up, I am planning to move on to Tello.
They're pretty cheap, only $8/month plan for 300 min, unlimited texts, 1GB data.
We're mostly staying home anyway on wifi these days, so no need for unlimited data for now or the next 3 months.
I was thinking about Mint, but you have to pay 3 or 6 or 12 months at a time.
With Tello, you can change carrier anytime when a good deal comes along.

The date I was given was 6-10, do you know what 6-30 means, is that the date we need to Port out by, or is that just the last date in the billing cycle before the cycle for 60/40?

From my account info:
"Unlimited - Bring Your Phone Unlimited Talk, Text and Data. $5/line/mo up to 5 lines. (up to $60/line value free with AutoPay until 6/30/20) Requires $5 per line/per month AutoPay discount. Savings until 6/30/20; then $60/mo. for line 1, $40/mo. for line 2 and $20/mo./line for lines 3-5 with AutoPay DVD-quality streaming."

If your free plan extension ended 5/31 (check your account online or on the phone), and your billing cycle ends 6/10, then you HAVE to port out or cancel by 6/10 or you will be billed $60 for a whole other month.

If your free plan extension end date is 6/30, on the other hand, you need to be off by 7/10 at the very latest, or some advise 6/30 in case they change to interpreting it that way.

Ported out my 5 Sprint lines last week. This week decided to see what they would offer in the "Come Back to Sprint" offer. 5x$250 credit with $250 up-front and the remaining $1K spread over 18 months. But monthly service will be $160 +taxes. Works out to average $105/m +taxes for 5 lines.

What does your offer say. I ported out and they sent me an offer but I understood it as 250 for all the lines not each. I could be tempted to come back if that's the case...

In case it's helpful to anyone. I ported out to GV and tried coming back to sprint on my husband's ssn instead. Negative. We were told sprint would not approve our account and that we would have to wait for a letter in the mail stating reason. We asked if it was credit related and they said no (anyway my husband's score is in the 800s).
Only two things I can think of-
1. We left sprint in June 2018 from husband's ssn to my own in order to do the kick start. Perhaps they caught on now that we're switching back?
2. Address. This is what I'm leaning towards being an issue, unfortunately, I had no other address to give when asked except the same address for his account as mine. As a side note, the address cannot be changed for 90 days which is why we were limited on choices.

It has always been $250 per line for more than one line for years, dribbled out over time of course. It never changes.

You have to use regular plan prices with that offer though.

It could be anything really. Personally I might lean toward suspecting an identity issue (which could indeed arise out of the address)..

Were you trying to port your old numbers back in? It is ideal not to do that as we have posted.

You can try for the come back to Sprint offer on your own SSN if you like. Here is the link: https://www.sprint.com/en/landing...rint.html?

You do not need to have received an email (which just links to that page anyway)..

You can chat there and see right away if your numbers are eligible.

Hello claims to have TMobile in addition to Sprint but in actual fact wants you to activate only on Sprint because it is cheaper for them, according to many reports.

Sprint and TMobile's networks have not been merged - the merger is for the most part at the corporate level so far. The stores will offer unified branding by August 1 but still not the networks except for S20's (all of which have been moved to the TMobile network). The stores will be able to access both networks.

Here are some concerning threads about Hello

After waiting for 5 days without service and not receiving the new SIM card from Hello, I finally moved to Xfinity. The move to Hello was a mess for me atleast ! Never again.
