I don't know if it makes any difference, I clicked on Get Coupon, my CB amount showed pending the same day I placed the order and verified with est payable date the next day. Definitely file a support ticket if you don't see anything after 48 hours.
evanautumnCan somebody throw me a bone and link to the thread on the Verizon deal? I've searched and can't find it, thanks
I first did 5 lines. Shows:

Well it looks like there's definitely no other incentives to staying with Sprint after today and I can't to port out my line to Tello because it's a Sprint MVNO, anyone knows the fastest/cheapest MVNO to port in for like a couple days? I hear H20 doesn't make the port out process any easy

You can port out to Tello.

The issue is just that if you plan on coming back to Sprint later, then being on a Sprint mvno makes you ineligible for many offers. Also ports back to Sprint will not go through right away because your device is already on Sprint.

But if you do not intend to come back to Sprint, you can port out to Tello.

There is one other issue that it is not a true port because it is is Sprint to Sprint and so can take longer in some cases. So if you do it and want to be off today, you had better also cancel with Sprint and work out all the details conforming that you will not lose your number.

Still another factor is that probably the actual deadline is the end of your billing period, not June 30. But best not to rely on that unless necessary.

I spoke with retentions today; best they could offer was $30/month 2 GB plan.

I agree that a brand new account would indeed not have that issue. However, you cannot normally open a new account within 45 days of having had a Sprint account unless you have a different SSN. A possible workaround might be to get the credit department to suspend the old account. I have had them do that.

If the poster does not have another SSN, I would suggest then call Best Buy's Mobile Activations Team 866-650-7375 and get clarification if this is even possible. Hopefully they are aware of this bug and have a workaround.

It looks as if $25 Best Buy kickstart is ending July 11, so there is some time hopefully to resolve this (but I would get it done by the Wednesday preceding that at the latest because of Sprint timing considerations). Also of course the free plan is supposed to end June 30 so waiting until after June 30 might help, although I would not rely on that.
As I understand, to be able to sign up for $25 Best Buy kickstart, a new Sprint account has to be a credit check account, right?

Ported last number from 1 year free BYOD account about a month ago, so not there yet with regard to the 45-day rule. Looking for other possible workarounds in addition to having that account suspended as you mentioned. Wondering if we can open a new Sprint no-credit-check account through BB and get $25 kickstart.

BB requires a credit check account although Sprint does not.

I see. Does it mean also that BB kickstart cannot be added as a new line to an existing no-credit-check Sprint account?

You could try but I doubt it is going to go through - adding a BB Kickstart line to ANY existing account is proving to be a problem, never mind a no-credit-check account.

I would suggest call Best Buy Mobile Activations 866-650-7375.

Thank you, will call or go to BB store.

I experienced similar types of problems as others mentioned here while adding a BB line when my free BYOD account was still active. First time, around March, wasn't able to successfully complete my order online, had to go to BB store. One store didn't have the phone in stock, second one didn't have the right personnel. Finally, the mobile phone dept guys at the third BB store were able to add Kickstart to my free BYOD account. Probably they could have added a free line; Kickstart was what I asked to be added.

Second time, in April, my online order somehow went through, and the system gave me a new free BYOD line with the same expiration date as the original ones.

So I just ported all 5 lines out of 1year free account. Do I need to call Sprint to cancel or suspend this account? TIA.

No but I would if you want to be sure it is noted as of today exactly.

Ported out our final two lines the past couple of days. Experts, see my sprint dashboard screenshot attached, does it look like a closed account?

One to tello, which is having some particular Sprint issues completing the port over. Tello says they have had the number the past few days but says the following: "during the numbers association with Sprint it created a conflict streaming from September 2018, apparently this number had ported out of their system on that date and it created such conflict we are now trying to resolve it." My dad's been without his beloved number for the past few days Frown

Just ported my final line to Visible which was fast and easy.

Same here. One line to Tello, one line to Visible. Visible works great, but tello has some troubles. Number seems port over, but not able to get data.

Can I port in one line for BB kickstart, then later port in my tello account to replace the previous number? I could't find a good way to port out and keep my number yesterday, so I ported my free BYOD to tello. But I have one unused number from Visible, which can port in BB kickstart.

The account looks fine.
That is unfortunate about the delay in the port.
