i dont know, but i imagine doubt it due to it being kinda not a natural bundle since receiver is 9.2

I don't think these hold their value well on the used market.
I'm very tempted because I really want 703's, but I imagine another deal will present itself.

People don't associate quality with the polk name, and that inherently discounts the price and/or people's interest. I don't think these are a good deal for that reason alone, but if you never plan to sell or trade or upgrade it is a non issue.
I enjoy buying and selling used items so as silly as it is, brand recognition is very important when you want to sell something.
I recently upgraded my 3.0 to some Ascend Acoustics Sierra2s that are amazing. Are they better than these polks, I will likely never know but I DO know I won't lose any money if I want to sell or upgrade. Actually I believe there is a member on AVSforum selling the same 3.0 for 1400 to 1600 used with warranty.
