Seems like a very good deal for an i7, specially with 256gb SDD + 8gb ram. .... if someone wants to save an additional $100.00 and can settle for i5 but everything else is same as OP post see:

I had the i5 (8gb) and when it died (under cc warranty) the price dropped so I was able to buy this one instead. Both great computers, if you're not doing a lot of cpu heavy work get the i5, it runs cooler.

I got an i5, 4gb, 128gb SP3 used (30 day warranty) from A4C ~6months ago for $300. Even though I am happy, the i5 deal here is better IMO. My SP3 was in great shape, but battery had ~90 cycles on it.

My bros sp3 had the ssd almost filled to max and then it just locked up and would not boot. Had all the stuff lost since he didnt back it up lol.
