Best Buy is able to price match if there is availability in one of the Fry's store within a 25 mile radius. However, Microcenter is much more lenient on their price matching as it does not have the 25 mile radius requirement. In addition to in-store price matching policy, credit cards can potentially price match this as well due to it being sold and advertised by a reputable dealer.

I am a little annoyed that they got rid of USB ports on these new macbooks
The quality is the best. My macbook pro still pushing from 6 yrs ago
My MacBook 2008 still running great too. Pretty impressive build quality. The specs are obsolete but it is still usable. Only a few similarly priced laptops have this level of build quality, portability, and performance like the Thinkpad X1.
I'm starting to use Mac OS because of the integration with the iphone and because I will never buy another windows PC. Apples high price is because you're buying the product, windows low/no price is because you're the product. The windows 8/10 interface is cancer, and I don't want built in pop-up ads on my OS.
That being said, a Mac laptop of any sort is overkill for 85% of users. Most people would be equally well served by a chromebook.
