My guess would be Nokia, but most of these phones have not been thoroughly reviewed, so I am not sure.

Not to TC but frankly none of these seem to be worth the money considering their specs and that they have ads. If you don't mind ads, the Blu R1 HD is still the best combo of price and specs. Just realize Blu phones have terrible external speakers.
