Just go to the membership desk and they will look it up and give you the difference. That's what I did with a headlamp set I bought recently. I didn't have the receipt or item.
Does anyone know how loud it is compared to other units?
Thx

Seriously debating to keep this one or return it.

Noise is same as my Dyson and Bissel but this one has high pitch noise which burns my ears. Doesn't bother my wife though. This one is good for hard floors compare to Dyson but for carpets to me it's all same since after using Bissel, it didn't pick up anything else.
7 yr warranty is useless, imo. If it breaks down for more then 5-6 times, shipping cost will exceed the vacuum cost. Shipping this machine would at least cost 30 bucks each time. I would consider warranty good if it would cover the shipping the cost as well but it doesn't and their is a reason it doesn't.
I would say give it a try yourself and see if you like it. For me it's going back this weekend. The only +ve thing of this vacuum is it goes below your furniture easily since you can remove the canister and then vaccum like a stick. But that's just about it.

Shark APEX is nothing but mostly same underlying tech minus issues of current model. Bigger brush role, lesser noise, easier moving on carpet, bigger dust bin.
