Just go to the membership desk and they will look it up and give you the difference. That's what I did with a headlamp set I bought recently. I didn't have the receipt or item.

My Costco requires the receipt for price adjustments. Even a duplicate receipt won't do. No clue why.

I'm looking for a new vacuum cleaner since I have a dinky $20 one from 6 years ago that doesn't do anything for carpets and now live in a carpeted apartment. Will this one last me a long time and be good for an eventual home?

Does anyone know how loud it is compared to other units?

Thx

Just bought this vacuum. By far best bang for buck. 7 yr warranty and perfect for hardwood and carpet homes. Also best vacuum I've ever owned for cleaning steps.

Stick is heavy for the continuous cleaning on sealing, fans and other side pick ups. Not sure how in the world Shark designed something like this. More or less hose is much smaller compare to Dyson and even other vacuums which I previously owned. Their is also a high pitch noise from the rollers, I guess.

Seriously debating to keep this one or return it.

Noise is same as my Dyson and Bissel but this one has high pitch noise which burns my ears. Doesn't bother my wife though. This one is good for hard floors compare to Dyson but for carpets to me it's all same since after using Bissel, it didn't pick up anything else.

Previous poster has only one post and that too in this topic Smilie No idea from where he shows up and calls this one has best bang for buck.

7 yr warranty is useless, imo. If it breaks down for more then 5-6 times, shipping cost will exceed the vacuum cost. Shipping this machine would at least cost 30 bucks each time. I would consider warranty good if it would cover the shipping the cost as well but it doesn't and their is a reason it doesn't.

I would say give it a try yourself and see if you like it. For me it's going back this weekend. The only +ve thing of this vacuum is it goes below your furniture easily since you can remove the canister and then vaccum like a stick. But that's just about it.

Thats some BS. They can find the purchase in their system and just give you the difference back. They should not have different policies. Complain to corporate.

It's NV801 as per Costco but has more attachments then Kohl's version. This model has noise issues and hence Shark came out with new version pretty fast.

Shark APEX is nothing but mostly same underlying tech minus issues of current model. Bigger brush role, lesser noise, easier moving on carpet, bigger dust bin.

This one or the Shark NV341 for $100? I have both carpet and tiles.
