Other DMA providers also have these on sale. Except for the two older Witch Mountains. In fact, Amazon is $1 lower on nine titles. There is a thread.
For anyone considering buying to own, I think it's still possible to join Disney Movie Club and get the Blurays for around $9 each if you have the right enrollment code. I haven't joined for so long because DMC rarely has new stuff I want that I don't know if good enrollment codes exist, but there are sites/threads dedicated to it. Also, the handful of new movies I want from DMC (to fulfill the commitment) often have no 3D version in the US so I have to go international (like PotC Dead Men's Chest or Alice Through the Looking Glass).
Also, I always warn that anything digital is not guaranteed to be there forever. I don't know of any company that has taken away purchased digital content because it would cause a huge backlash, but it could happen especially if we have a serious economic crisis. On top of that if the Internet goes down or you have limited data usage on your ISP, your streaming usage is restricted. So when I see $7-$10 for digital and you could buy the actual Bluray for $9-$10, I say go for the physical disc.
I'll look through the 99c rental list later. Most of those titles look like ones that are (or were) on Netflix. You always have to say "were" because Netflix deletes so many things per month. IIRC, their streaming catalog has shrunk steadily over the last couple years. That's how they save money... fewer royalties to pay out by having less available while they increase prices. Stores do the same thing: price goes up and there's less in the bag/package.
