The DroneGuard 300 case fits the depth and form factor of the Parrot Bebop, FPV 250 racing drones and similar sized quadcopters and flying cameras. It features composite-shell construction for protecting gear without adding weight or bulk and has dedicated storage for blades, props, GoPro or other action video camera, batteries, cables, chargers, mounts, manuals, etc.
i'm curious too if this would be fine with a Phantom 3 as well.
Going to cancun and i dont want to lug around a stainless steel box where my phantom is in. Be nice to just carry it as a backpack. so in tempted to just try it. the pictures just looks like the mavic is snug and phantom 3 might be a little oversized
Does anyone have experience with this for phantom 3? Enough room for controller? Do the propellers need to be removed?
I have this bag for my P3A. It will fit with the props on, though for longer storage or transportation I do take them off as it is a very close fit and the bag does have some give to it. Overall I am very please with the bag, it fits the quad with radio and a spare battery with charger no problem. It is pretty comfortable to use as a back pack as well. I would not check this on a airline but as a caryone it would be fine

Check reviews for 3dr solo and phantom pics of drones in the bag
