I'd prefer MSI brand over PowerColor brand. PowerColor is straight minimalist, cardboard packaging inside retail box - no foam, no accessories, and their website doesn't even work half the time. Their phone number on their website says disconnected. I attempted to file an RMA with powercolor, I heard nothing back, a couple weeks later I called and they said I entered the serial number information wrong and denied my RMA. (there were two serial numbers on my card, I tried to enter the one that looked most likely to be the unique serial number.) I said I included a picture with both serial numbers incase I picked the wrong one. The guy said yeah, that is confusing, I see that on your denied RMA file claim. We'll go ahead and process your RMA.
That's some bull. They were going to deny it, and not tell me???, unless I called about it??? Deny it over something they could easily have resolved because I sent a picture in my paperwork with both serial numbers - not to mention they had the card itself that had both serial numbers on it!!!
I don't want to buy anything else PowerColor.
--- but at the same time - this MSI card looks like it's basically as no frills as they come. Still I'd probably go with the MSI.
TLDNR - PowerColor is crappy, might be better to buy the MSI.

Cuda core vs stream processing. Not much of a difference in GPU fps. Besides the extra fan control and oc control not much. Not sure about the memory. One may use Samsung and another micron. Someone can double check. Memory quality is a big difference for mining card stability not so much for gaming. At least what I've been reading.
