What Is The Mystery Lizard?

sometimes I click a link on slickdeals, the page doesnt load properly and a picture of a lizard on a branch loads, there seems to be a play button as if its a video. I'm on an older PC with Vista and outdated chrome browser, but this is the only website it happens on.

Anybody else see this? I'm also using previous/original version of slickdeals

lol, I didnt see any replies to my post but I havent checked for awhile, it's more of a mystery I want to solve then any other reason, I do appreciate the help tho, I guess that its a bit of the Merrell thing they are talking about, but I'm only seeing this one image.
