From what I'm reading (product description & review mentioned above), no. You need a Bluetooth transmitter [amazon.com]. This only receives Bluetooth.

It has a 3.5mm audio in and an audio out. Does that mean you can stream audio from a TV audio out (3.5mm) to Bluetooth? And if you have 2 of these things, you can stream the TV audio via wifi to another of there's gadgets, making a wifi speaker?
God they suck at laying out the possible configurations.
As long as you have a cable that can go from the 3.5mm output on this device to whatever your speakers take as input - according to the review pointed out above these devices don't come with such a cable.
See above.
Correction: this is actually a bluetooth transmitter.....might end up getting this for my HK AVR1510.....

From what I've read, it appears to only transmit WiFi, not Bluetooth. The output is likely line-level, so you'd want to plug the output to something with it's own amplifier for volume control (i.e. headphones with inline controls for a cell phone likely WON'T do it). The 3.5mm input is just another source it can transmit via WiFi to more of the same device.
At least that's what I'm getting out of what I'm reading. Please correct me if someone knows better.

No, if you're willing to purchase multiple units then it allows you to send the same audio throughout your house. Basically a poor man's Sonos or even Chromecast Audio at this price.
EDIT: where do you see it transmits BT? I only see it receiving BT as input & sending to other units via WiFi.
