Had this on a car I traded off a while back. Great deal and would have it done every oil change. The only downside is after the first few times, getting them to preform the alignment was like pulling teeth and would take forever if you wanted to wait on your car.
Come drive in IL. you'll need an alignment every other week.
As others have said, this can be a good deal if you go to Firestone anyway, but beware of their sales tactics.
I drove cross country a few years ago, and took my car in for an oil change at Firestone when I arrived. They said I needed an alignment for $120 or so, but it was $170 for lifetime, so I got the lifetime. They also said I had issues with my brakes and it would cost over a thousand bucks. (I can't remember the exact problem - it wasn't the brake pads, but it was the metal gears around the brakes).
At my next oil change I went to the Goodyear near my house, and they didn't say a word about the brake issue. 2 years later, still no word. I traded the car in, and Carmax didn't say anything about the brakes when they gave me a quote.
So from now on, I go to two different places for my oil changes. If one of them says I have an issue (transmission fluid, steering wheel leakage, etc) and it costs more than about $50, I say to hold off until my next oil change. Then for my next oil change, I go to the second shop. If they say the same thing, then it's likely a legit issue and I have it fixed. If they don't mention it as a problem, then I assume it was just an upsell tactic.

This is the same deal as last year. Firestone stores around Chicago were closed, but they were able to give the deal on jan 2 when they opened. I just showed then their website and screenshot that said valid jan 1 and they were able to add it for me.

Find A Store is showing a number of locations near me but they arent Firestone stores. I'm assuming this is only for true Firestone stores, not resellers? (nearest true Firestone location is a haul, and sours the deal for me)
As long as your car has available parts for them to adjust they will realign them all. Actually their machine will tell the tech what to do based on the VIN.
