Let me add this one to the one that I still had on my account from the December. YMMV as terms mention it depends on purchase history.
December offer has expiration of 1/14/18
This one shows expiration of 1/27/18 (which is 3 weeks from today as mentioned in terms)

How did you add this one to your account? When I click on the link it takes me to the .99 landing page but no code or way of adding it to account like in the past with other similar deals.
