From the photos these appear to be trials of both XBL and GP so they probably wont work if you already have either, also they are mailed not emailed

WARNING: if you read the small print (in the 3rd picture on the product page, hard to see but can make it out) on the Xbox Live 3 Months it is for trial and "cannot be added to existing membership" - Great deal if you don't have a Xbox Live membership already though.
