I have the Liberty+ headphones, and they are fantastic. This is new tech, so I can only see "truly wireless" improving considerably over the year.

I also own the Zolo Halo, which is a nice speaker for the price. My only gripe is that it doesn't have a firmware update to incorporate ESP yet, so the other Echos refrain from activating when closest to the Halo and so on.

I got the Zolo Liberty+ from Kickstarter.

They seem good. Sound quality is average-average+. Battery life is decent. Great for use in the gym.

So far.

I had the Liberty+ and returned after 2-3 weeks. Was good at first but then bluetooth would drop when outside, and then my left ear volume became low. Got the airpods and no issues at all, I'm an android fan and have to admit airpods work amazingly well.

Liberty+ has 0.5mm larger driver, sound pass-through, companion app, and a +48 hour listening time charging case.

Liberty does not have sound pass-through, nor an app, and the case adds +24 hours listening time.

Oh, one thing that really peeved me:

phone calls are in mono, not stereo.

Besides that, it was a worthwhile purchase at $99 (kickstarter)

Don't have these, but seems like the + model has the above mentioned pass through that allows you to hear outside environment sounds even with the ear buds in.

I got in with Zolo (Anker offshoot) as a beta tester during their kickstarter.

Solid products, and they do what they advertise. Don't expect audiophile quality sound at these price points and you won't be disappointed.
