Agreed 1.3 are nice for general use since they are light, but are completely useless for the circular saw. You really need the 60v for the higher amp tools as they are more efficient. The interesting thing is that the 60v and 20v tools are essentially the same battery cells. With a 60v batteries are dual wired so they run three groups of cells in parallel to get 20v or in a series to get 60v.
Recently bought a 36V and 2 - 5ah and it's more like a regular saw.
