***** CAUTION IF YOU HAVE BEEN LINKING AND UN-LINKING YOUR MAIN UV ACCOUNT TO MULTIPLE ACCTS on VUDU or FandangoNow *****
More negative changes have been coming to Ultraviolet - just this week. Effectively, Ultraviolet is limiting the number of accounts that can be linked to a single UV library toTWO - SO DO NOT UNLINK YOUR UV LIBRARY AT ALL!!!.
EDIT: That makes it sound like you can move it around twice, but that is not what is meant by that... so I am going to strike that part out. Focus on the parts in RED. Do NOT unlink your UV library at all - unless or until ULTRAVIOLET changes thing back . - and only the wishful glass of life is 90% full kind of people think that is likely to happen.
The communities are littered with people posting that they didn't even try to movie their UV library they were simply UNLINKING & RE-LINKING to get a stuck movie they bought or redeemed a code for to appear or to port over somewhere and they were unable to re-link. If that happens you should be able to contact ULTRAVIOLET Help (look for a link on the MYUV.com page) and ask them correct it but don't expect them to do that if you are moving UV Libraries between multiple different accounts more than a courtesy time at least at this point.
IF you have porting or linking problems from a code or a purchase contact the service (Vudu or FandangoNow) have them re-issue it or re-send it or as FandangoNow is calling it ask them to "reconcile uv rights" for the movie purchase/code don't unlink your UV Account.
This applies to people who have multiple Vudu and or FandangoNow accounts that they temporarily (in the past) connected with their main Ultraviolet accounts to make purchases so they would be deposited into ONE main UV account rather than running separate UV accounts for each account/email. Just in case this has unnecessarily worried some who do not go under the hood so to speak of their Vudu/FandangoNow\Ultraviolet accounts and keep things are they were when they created the accounts --> You don't need to, nor should you do anything if you always stay connected to the same UV library or if you have sub-accounts connected and are sharing your UV library.
This applies to people that were frog hopping their UV Library around to multiple UV accounts in order to take advantage of the deals. To be perfectly clear though, no one should be un-linking and moving their UV account over to a different Vudu or FandangoNow account at this point and likely from here on out/going forward unless Ultraviolet changes things back to the way they were.
PS. - For those late night people remember that they don't appear to have fixed the Time Savings Glitch so you must enter your Vudu T-Mobile Tuesday Code into a Vudu account by 3:59AM ET / 2:59AM CT to avoid the problem. Unlike the terms which say 4:59AM ET.
