Seems like from some other post on Reddit the GTX 1060 is also going to be in stock tomorrow so I would assume all GPU's will be in stock tomorrow around 3 am EST. They could also go in and out of stock throughout the day as the company rolls out waves of stock.

Also It seems that from the email saying "you will no longer receive any notifications about the stock status of this product" and the notify me button being removed this could be the last wave of cards from Nvidia's online store.

If I had to guess I would say they will stock them at 3 am EST time but they have been known to stock them randomly throughout the day and they sometimes go in and out of stock multiple times on the days they restock almost like they roll the stock out in waves.
