I purchased this plan a couple of weeks ago when Ebay offered 15% off. I was with Cricket for many years and moved over to RP. Ported my number which took about an hour to complete. I also had to email RP Ebay support. They were very responsive. No problems so far, everything is working on my Galaxy S8+. I'm good for another year. Also, no throttling on AT&T if that is important to you. No regrets...
