Jack Links has convinced everybody that beef jerky is juicy. By definition it should be dried out. It's genius really, they are charging up to a dollar an ounce for water weight. Competition can't compete against such tactics if they are making real jerky. Jack's beef sticks are even juicier than their beef jerky. These things are pretty good if you are into that sort of thing, if you like traditional beef sticks or jerky, their products are not for you.

Got in on a similar deal for these about three weeks back. Flavor is fine, but these are real moist sticks which I don't care for. I gave them about a 90 minute spin in my Jerky dehydrator to dry them out a bit.
