I have an awesome grill with an infrared motorized rotisserie kit if I need to smoke sometime. I turn on one burner on low-mid, get the internal temp to about 200-250 degrees, put wet wood chips in foil over that burner. Then I let the meat rotate and smoke for about 3-4 hours.

Froggy Comfort I make more than you do and I have only been with this company for 2.5 years. Thankfully I am not the breadwinner in our house, cuz we would never survive on my income.
