Is it good for people with lower back issue and sciatica pain. I been told not to run. Though I can jog fine. But aviod it anyways. Probably should ask doctor.

Got my like new airdyne off CL for $50. Hard to call this a good deal if your local market for used equipment is plentiful.

I bought the echo for $750 last week. It was easy to put together because it comes mostly assembled. It feels basically indestructable and works great. The electronics on it are the only thing that sucks. It constantly beeps and according to Rogue the Heart Rate Monitor compatibility is limited to 2 models. I think it's a better deal than a treadmill and I'm happy with it.
