It's a combo deal for i5-8600 Six-Core CPU (non-K) and Gigabyte H370M motherboard. You have to pay $229 upfront minus $15 rebate [frys.com] for $214 total with free shipping.
Shipping is usually not available for a long time at Frys, local pickup is not available now, so once shipping option is out - it's gone.
The motherboard is $85 at Newegg with good reviews. Intel i5-8600 is $220 @ Newegg, so it's a free nice motherboard after rebate.
