No. I bought this exact model from the same site. I think only the AMD version has liquid cooling.
Great machine though.
Was thinking of buying a second one as a gift.
Dell does liquid cooling builds if you have one of the unlocked K processors, otherwise it's just a standard blower.
(Of course on their website you can select a liquid cooler for a regular 8700 or 8600 processor)

Awezome. No doubt its a good deal. And wasn't really worried about the PC being able to reply on SD. Just not familiar w/ urlhasbeenblocked customer service and the warranty. Hopefully you won't have to worry about either...
