Hey Guys I found my local Walmart selling 30lb Lump charcoal for 2 dollars a friggin bag!
Many others are selling them at 7 bucks which is still a good deal.
Yeah how is this charcoal? I usually use Frontier brand from BJ's and I find it to be fantastic, nice big lumps. I got Sams Club charcoal earlier this year and there was so much dust and small pieces that it was hard to get a hot fire.
I haven't used Western before. How is this charcoal?

It's funny all of the claims that this is bad charcoal. Look at recent reviews on YouTube. It's great charcoal I purchased some and even at 8 a bag you can't beat it.
don't expect brickseek inventory to be accurate. three stores near me have been sold out for over a month. but still shows 80-100+ at each store.
In my experience Brickseek can seem unreliable not because the inventory is not accurate but because the item is still palatalized in the back warehouse or the worker is simply too lazy to fetch it from the warehouse for you. There were incidences where I asked more than one employee to locate the item for me and on the third try the item was found, Its hit or miss.
Even at $7.88 it's a steal. Unfortunately you can't use DPP on this because it's a perishable.
According to this grilling forum here[kamadoguru.com], this charcoal is good stuff. And they know a lot more about grilling than any of the people in this thread that are calling this bad charcoal without any reasoning.
