Hello, I hope you are doing well.

Super scary warning: This deal may not work for you, and you have to try it in a Home Depot store in person. This deal is for people who don't mind potentially wasting time.

The Home Depot store I visited today has Lutron Caseta Wireless Smart Lighting Dimmer Switch and Remote Kit for Wall and Ceiling Lights (White; P-PKG1W-WH-R Internet #206754146) for the regular price of $59.95. The price tag at its main shelf reads "Bulk Price, Buy 3 or More: $31.01 ea." Interestingly, their smart devices shelf for this product has a price tag that states the bulk price is $48.28.

When the product rang up at the cashier, each product was at the $48.28 bulk price. I asked the cashier, and after talking to two other cashiers and a manager, the price was approved. (They took a long time to figure out the math and couldn't get it perfectly, so I ultimately paid 4 pennies more for each at $31.05.)

LinksI purchased 7 from the store I visited in San Leandro, California, which has 5 left in stock right now.

Good luck!

Should have cleared the shelf Smilie. I would finish up the rest of the house at that price.

can anyone else confirm the same bulk price tag at another store?

Haha. I already purchased a bunch before today - at much higher prices, of course - so virtually my entire house will have Lutron Caseta switches after I install these 7.

I love these but the downside is that you can only use 1 hub and only 1 repeater so coverage is not good enough for the whole house. How did you get it to cover the entire house?

I don't have an issues with mine. The hub is pretty centrally located in a nearly 4000 sq ft., But the hub controls them all no problem.

For a lot of LEDs you need to $100 dimmer rather than this one as this can cause flickering

Yes, that is the only way with these switches. This is what originally turned me off from these, but after moving and no longer having a neutral I love these and they are so much easier to install than most other switches.

I do in 2 spots. Otherwise I have a drawer full of pic remotes that I should probably sell.

Yep. But I find myself using the app or Google Assistant to control them more than the physical switches
