Probably this, the attachments are somewhat universal. I have an attachment that looks just like this I got at Lowe's that I have on my Greenworks 80v, but it was for a gas trimmer.

They had two different models. Heads were designed differently.
I feel like I'm in the twilight zone here. The only reason it wouldn't fit your greenworks trimmer is if you have a fixed-shaft, NON ATTACHMENT-CAPABLE trimmer. Think of it like that cyborg guy from Innerspace, or Captain Hook. You couldn't take one of their "hands" and attach it to your stump and use it, because you don't have a stump— you have a hand.
Maybe Greenworks has came out and said somewhere that X trimmer head doesn't work with Y attachment, but I don't think so.

All our split boom/top mount string trimmers that specially states attachment capable can be used with our attachments regardless of the voltage range. It will be compatible with our corded model 21142.
