Charbroil is garbage. Save yourself the frustration send get anything else
Thanks, picked one up today at Lowe's in North Bergen. Bought the 310 for $349 but realized they didn't include the iGrill and I didn't apply the movers coupon. You think if I go back tommorow they will make things right?
Did they?
Bought a floor model e210 from target for $200-10%
Needed a few screws and washers, a new left knob and an axle cotter pin and hub cap.
I called weber, registered my grill and told them what parts I needed thinking they were going to send me the parts
Not so much. They want $50 for the parts. They said that since I paid $200, I can pay for the parts it needs.
Just looking for a few opinions

Some times too much info can be a bad thing. They really didn't need to know you bought a floor model for <$200.
That being said, if you didn't register it with them, you can try asking them again and tell them your grill was missing those pieces when you bought it. If you don't/can't do that, just buy a replacement knob from eBay/amazon and pick up washers and bolts from your local hardware store.
