Terrible reviews on Amazon regarding build quality of the plastic, disability, and battery life.

I like this and it seems like Paypal got added to the checkout process at this website, which was not there, last time I been on it awhile ago. Anyone know if these get any cheaper, I dont really care from where, just still seems a bit high in price for what it is?

Not really horrible, before I looked I was expecting it to be under 3 starts being at 3.6 is pretty decent.

Still on the fence since I just looked and saw other key organizer type things for way cheaper. I think the Tile is what adds to the main cost of this, and seems like a cool item to have. Wish it was GPS and Bluetooth for the tile though.

Wife had one of these. It was complete cheap garbage.
Ditched it and got a Keybar instead.

YMMV, but it didn't hold up for us.

Tile being built-in is kind of cool. Seems a bit pricey considering tiles are like $25 and these key things are dollar store items. Given harder to manufacture in this form factor etc

IMO. This is a great little device! Has built in rechargeable tile and flash light, battery for me seems to last over a week. Construction is plastic but I haven't had any issues with it breaking thus far and I have had it since it came out. As of earlier this week they just released this in a black color and based on how they release their items you can expect them to be releasing these in metal very shortly. I do agree the price point for these is a bit high for it not to be metal but it is what it is.

Actually, I had this for (almost) a year. It was really hand and worked really well until just the last 2 week, where the tile function of the smart key broke.

I have had mine for about a year now. Plastic seems to be in good shape and it works as it should. Battery life is fine. I charge mine once every month and half or so. I work in an office so I just a micro usb cable. Those two nuts at the side need to be tightened (which I do by fingernail) every once in a while. I leave keys in pants often and so the only gripe I have is that the sound isn't very loud when ringing. Any other questions, let me know.

Cool idea, but the plastic and bad battery life in the reviews keep me away. Plus one of my keys is a thick vehicle key so it wouldn't really reduce my key size much.

Good idea but poor execution what it looks like based on the reviews.

This is literally the only Tile with any semblance of a serviceable battery...

Seeing a lot of negativity here around the plastic build on this. What is the best alternative to look at? I've been interested in picking up something like this for a while and I'm tempted to grab one.
