I just got a new Moto Z3 upgradeable cell phone. It currently will only work on 4G but after the first of the year, an adapter(called a Moto Mod) will be available to make the phone 5G compatable,

This isn't a budget phone at all. This is moto's flagship phone. I'm debating between this and the note 9. I have the z force and have loved it. Moto does amazing things with software that you don't notice any shortcomings in the hardware.
The notification display by waving your hand over the phone is so nice. I have pretty much all the mods. Love the speaker and the projector. Great for laying in bed and watching a movie on the ceiling with the misses.
A budget phone that imo is much better than a s9. My main gripes o.j. The galaxy: curved glass, glass back, over priced, poor battery life.

The notification thing wave hand is on the Moto z2 Force? Like the one on the Moto X Pure? If yes I have to look for that. Loved that feature.
