I have owned the 65" model of this TVs since April (paid a heck of a lot more) and it is a fabulous TV, I still own a Panasonic 65" VT60 and a Pioneer Elite Kuro 60" Pro151FD - both Plasma TVs and while Plasma still has some advantages over OLED, this OLED puts both Plasmas to shame on black levels, and still can get plenty bright (up to 800 nits) and looks amazing with 4K HDR10/Dolby Vision material. Motion resolution is still not as good as Plasma, but watching sports I've gotten used to it pretty quickly.
I've been tracking prices, and I believe this is the lowest price I've seen for this TV from an authorized dealer, minus the short lived Newegg.com deal for $1799? Currently lowest available from an authorized dealer though.
